Our name, Milcham, reflects the principles that guide our approach to Quality leadership: integrity, independent judgment, stewardship, adaptability, and enduring excellence.

FOUNDER
Rose Palmer
Rose Palmer founded Milcham Biopharma Services in 2020 following more than 25 years of Quality leadership across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, spanning manufacturing oversight, supplier governance, clinical development support, and Quality systems management.
Milcham is supported by a network of highly experienced Quality and technical professionals, each bringing more than 20 years of industry experience across development, manufacturing, laboratories, supplier oversight, validation, clinical development, and operational leadership.
